Sitently is a missed-call text-back and appointment scheduling service for small service businesses in the United States. We are a software company: our customers are businesses, and our product handles the text messages those businesses exchange with their own customers.
What the company does
Sitently is owned and operated by Parnell Products LLC, a Texas limited liability company based at 2803 Burr Oak Drive, Friendswood, Texas 77546. The company builds and operates the Sitently software platform and sells it as a subscription service to small businesses.
We also design and build websites for the same customers, which is often how a business first comes to us.
The problem we solve
Small service businesses miss phone calls constantly, and not because they're careless. The owner is under a truck, the stylist is with a client, the technician is on a roof, or it's simply after hours. The caller hangs up, searches again, and calls the next business on the list. That lost call is often the single largest source of lost revenue in a small service business, and it's invisible because nobody ever finds out about the customer who didn't leave a voicemail.
How the product works
Each of our business customers gets a dedicated phone number, which we provision and configure for them. The business sets conditional call forwarding on their existing published phone number so that unanswered calls route to it — answered calls are untouched and never pass through our system at all.
When a call goes unanswered, our system sends the caller a text message identifying the business and asking what they need. If the caller replies, an automated assistant carries on the conversation: asking about the service they need, checking the business's calendar for genuinely available times, offering those times, and booking the appointment once the caller confirms. On the day of the appointment, the system sends a reminder text.

Who we serve
Our customers are small and mid-sized appointment-based service businesses across the United States — typically one to twenty employees, without a dedicated receptionist. Common categories include home and trade services (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, landscaping), automotive repair and custom shops, health and beauty businesses (salons, barbers, med spas, dental and chiropractic offices), and professional services such as law offices, accountants, and insurance agents.
