Sitently

Terms of Service

Effective September 11, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Sitently, a missed-call text-back and appointment-scheduling service operated by Parnell Products LLC, 2803 Burr Oak Drive, Friendswood, TX 77546 ("we," "us," "Sitently"). By using this website or exchanging text messages with a Sitently-powered phone number, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Businesses use Sitently to respond to calls they were unable to answer. When a call to a participating business goes unanswered, Sitently sends a text message to the caller, carries on a conversation to understand what they need, offers available appointment times from that business's calendar, books the appointment, and sends a reminder on the day of the appointment.

These terms apply both to businesses that subscribe to Sitently and to individuals who receive messages from a Sitently-powered number.

3. Text messaging

Your use of the text-messaging service is also governed by our Text Messaging Program terms, which describe how consent is obtained, what messages you will receive, and how to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Appointments

Appointments booked through Sitently are scheduled with the independent business you contacted, not with Parnell Products LLC. That business is solely responsible for performing the requested services, for its pricing, and for honoring or rescheduling appointments. Sitently provides the scheduling and messaging technology only.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website or the messaging service to send unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content, to impersonate another person, or to interfere with the operation of the service.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered without delay or interruption. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parnell Products LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service, including any missed, delayed, or incorrectly scheduled appointment.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
