Sitently

Text Messaging Program

Effective September 11, 2026

This page describes how consent, messaging, and opt-out work for the Sitently missed-call text-back and appointment-scheduling program, operated by Parnell Products LLC.

Program description

Sitently sends text messages to people who have contacted a participating business by phone. Messages are transactional: they respond to a call you placed, help you schedule an appointment, and remind you of that appointment. This is not a marketing or promotional program.

How you opt in

There are three ways a person enters this program. Each one is started by the person themselves:

  1. By submitting the consent form on this page or on our home page, where you enter your mobile number and check a consent box that is unchecked by default and is never required — the form works, and we're still glad to help you, whether or not the box is checked. The box states the program name, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Prefer not to be texted at all? Leave it unchecked, or skip the form and email josh@sitently.com instead.
  2. By pressing 1 during an unanswered call. If your call is not answered and you are still on the line, you hear: "Sorry we missed you! Press 1 now and we'll text you right away so we can get you scheduled. Message and data rates may apply. Terms and privacy policy at sitently dot com." Pressing 1 is an explicit, affirmative opt-in, and we text you immediately. Not pressing anything never blocks your call — it continues normally either way.
  3. By calling a participating business. If you call a business that uses Sitently and your call is not answered, we send one text message in direct response to that call: "[Business Name] (via Sitently): Sorry we missed your call! Reply YES to text with us and get scheduled. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out." Because you initiated contact by calling, this single reply is a direct response to your own inbound call. We send nothing further unless you reply.

What messages you'll receive

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation and your scheduled appointments. A typical interaction is a handful of messages while scheduling, plus one reminder on the day of the appointment.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Sitently does not charge you for these messages; your wireless carrier's standard rates apply.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You may also reply CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or END. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at josh@sitently.com.

Carriers and privacy

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Supported carriers

Messages are supported on major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and their affiliates.

Opt in

Consent to receive text messages

Enter your mobile number and check the box to consent to receive text messages from Sitently. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Texting isn't for you? Leave the box above unchecked, or skip this form entirely — email josh@sitently.com and we'll help you the same way, no text messages involved.
